🚚 When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping company selected and the assigned delivery agent. We work with various agents across major cities. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 days after order confirmation.

🌍 Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, our partnered delivery companies only ship within the country to a list of specific cities shown on our Shipping Info page.
📦 If you want delivery outside the country, please contact our team via WhatsApp so we can check the product weight and pricing with third-party international couriers not yet listed on our site.

⚠️ What if my item has a manufacturing defect?
Please review our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
If a defect is confirmed and return is agreed upon, the shipping cost and return delivery fee will be covered by the customer, but the product value will not be charged, as per our policy.
